Reservation Deposit Policy
A clear, written deposit policy — no surprises at the counter.
A $200 reservation deposit is required to place an approved vehicle on hold. The deposit is applied toward the customer's final rental balance. Once a reservation is approved, the deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels or fails to appear. If Reseda International Rentals denies the request or cannot provide the selected vehicle, the $200 deposit will be fully refunded.
Payment does not guarantee approval
Paying the reservation deposit does not approve your rental. Every request is reviewed by Reseda International Rentals. Submitting a request does not guarantee vehicle availability or approval. All reservations are reviewed and confirmed by Reseda International Rentals.
Payment processing status
Online deposit payments are not live yet. The deposit step of the reservation flow is built and ready for a payment processor to be connected. Until then, no payment is collected online and the deposit step is labeled "Payment Integration Pending."
- • A reservation only becomes Pending Review after the deposit succeeds.
- • Failed payments will not hold a vehicle.
- • Refund status is only shown as completed after the processor confirms it.
- • Card information is never stored in this website's database.
