This is the full disclosure text you review and accept when submitting a reservation request.
Insurance authorization
The renter authorizes Reseda International Rentals to contact the insurance company listed by the renter regarding the rental, verify insurance coverage and claim status, submit rental invoices, damage estimates, photographs, towing invoices, storage invoices, repair documentation and reasonably required supporting records, and receive claim updates related to the rental vehicle.
Duration of authorization
This authorization remains effective throughout the rental and until all rental-related charges are resolved.
Coverage is not guaranteed
The renter acknowledges that insurance coverage is subject to the terms, exclusions, limits and deductibles of the applicable policy. Authorization to communicate with or bill an insurance company does not guarantee payment.
Renter responsibility
The renter remains responsible for amounts not paid by the insurance company, including applicable deductibles, denied claims, excluded charges, late fees, traffic citations, tolls, fuel charges, cleaning fees and other amounts due under the final rental agreement.
Operation of the vehicle
The renter agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. The renter is responsible for damage, loss, theft, misuse, parking citations, tolls and moving violations occurring during the rental period, except to the extent those costs are covered and paid by the applicable insurance company.
Condition at return
The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as when rented, excluding ordinary wear and tear.
Final agreement
The website acknowledgment does not replace the final vehicle rental agreement. The full agreement, vehicle inspection, mileage, fuel level and authorized representative approval are completed before the vehicle is released.
