We use this information to review your request, verify eligibility and insurance coverage, prepare the rental agreement, and contact you about your reservation.
Who can see it
Driver's license numbers, insurance policy numbers and uploaded documents are only accessible inside our authenticated staff area. They are never shown on public pages and are never included in notification emails.
Storage and security
Information is stored in a secured database with access rules that restrict reading customer records to authorized staff accounts. Uploaded proof-of-insurance documents are stored in private file storage.
Payment information
Payment card information is never stored in this website's database. When online deposit payments are enabled, card data is handled directly by the payment processor.
